Talent Development Specialist

Our client, one of the largest logistics companies in Indonesia, is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to strengthen their Human Resources team. The role will focus on training & development initiatives as well as performance management programs. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to support cross-border collaboration.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and monitor training & development programs to support employee growth and organizational capability.Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps.Develop and deliver learning modules, workshops, and e-learning content.Administer and improve the company's performance management system (goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration, and feedback process).Partner with managers and leaders to drive employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives.Track and analyze training effectiveness and performance outcomes, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.Communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders for training, reporting, and coordination.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Development, Training, or Performance Management, ideally in a large-scale or multinational company.Strong knowledge of training design, delivery, and evaluation methods.Experience in managing or supporting performance management cycles.Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.Business-level proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must.Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills.
