Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in All Operational Site, Indonesia. The selected candidate will work within the oil palm and rubber industry of PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk. Day-to-day tasks include managing and overseeing plantation operations, optimizing production processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to sustainability initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to achieve operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Experience in plantation management and production processes
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and sustainability practices
  • Knowledge of oil palm, rubber plantation, and oleochemicals processing
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Ready to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the agro-business or similar industry is a plus
