Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role based in Jakarta for a Technology & Digitalization Rollout Implementer. The specialist will conduct on-site rollout including conduct training & socialization as well as oversee the progress of the implementation of the digital solutions and new technologies. Key responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing respective technology-focused projects, analyzing rollout result & progress, ensuring rollout are comply with SOP and standard and ensuring successful rollout and integration of technological initiatives.

Qualifications


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and provide actionable insights


• Excellent communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders and coordinating between teams


• Proficiency in Information Technology, with experience in system integration and digital tools


• Project management expertise, including planning, executing, and monitoring multiple projects


• Educational background in Information System, Computer Science, Engineering, from reputable university


• Prior experience in a technology implementation or digital transformation role is an advantage


• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
