Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Engineering, Marketing or related field
  • Min. 3 years of working experience as Mall General Manager or 5 years as Mall Operation Manager.
  • 5 years or more of related experience is required (experience in Mall Management or Retail is preferred)
  • Successful track record of building effective tenant relations within a shopping mall or retail property management environment
  • Having strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and manage team
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with a proven track record of success in managing a large team
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with speed and accuracy
  • Age between 30-45 years old.
  • Willing to be placed in all Metland Project (Mall) in Jakarta Greater Area (Jabodetabek).

Job Description:

  • Handling Mall operation & Commercial Esp, Casual Leasing, Marcomm, & Tenant Relation
  • Managing Team (Marketing Communication, Finance Accounting, IT, Engineering, & GHL)
  • Managing Outsourcing For Security, Building Maintenance, Houskeeping, Landscape, & Safety
  • Managing Promotion (Below & Above the Line)
  • Search, offer and meet prospect tenants.
  • Coordinate and manage Tenant Relations, Marcomm and Lease team to achieve company's Target.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Casual Leasing Tenancy Mix.
  • Responsible for Occupancy Tenant reports.
  • Direct Report to Operation Director
