Role Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager (AR) to lead our Accounts Receivable operations across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels. This role ensures accurate revenue recognition, timely collection, and effective deduction management from key MT partners. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with leadership skills to drive financial accuracy, process efficiency, and business performance within the beauty industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end AR operations, including revenue recognition, invoice issuance, reconciliation, and collection management.
  • Optimize and automate AR workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and control.
  • Analyze deductions, payment variances, and revenue discrepancies, particularly from MT customers, to ensure proper reporting and balance the P&L.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to resolve billing, collection, and deduction issues.
  • Manage and develop the AR team through clear objectives, performance monitoring, and continuous capability building.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable management, preferably within FMCG or e-commerce industries.
  • Strong understanding of beauty industry customer accounts, especially Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing a high-performing finance team.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with solid knowledge of revenue recognition and deduction handling.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholders.
