Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering
    (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in Construction, MEP, or Infrastructure projects.
  • Fluency in English
    (Japanese proficiency is
    not required
    ).
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and ready to work in
    Hokkaido's colder climate
    .
  • Willing to
    relocate to Japan
    upon completion of the training program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage
    on-site construction projects
    , collaborating with Japanese engineers and project managers.
  • Maintain
    safety, quality, and cost control
    throughout all project phases.
  • Track and report project progress, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
  • Assist in
    planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
    for efficient project delivery.
  • Embrace continuous learning through
    technical and language training
    , adapting to Japanese work culture and engineering standards.
