Job Requirement

  1. Minimum Diploma in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or related field
  2. Minimum 3 years working experience as site engineer related to housing or infrastructure mechanical electrical & plumbing.
  3. High proficiency in Computer applications, such as: Ms. Word, Ms. Outlook, Ms. Excel, Auto Cad, etc.
  4. Good communication skills and able to maintain integrity in the work field.
  5. Good understanding of the MEP drawing, construction process, material, and installation.
  6. Have capabilities to apply the construction drawing into real installation process.
  7. Able to work under pressure, decisive and able to make clear logical decisions based on fact that found in the field.
  8. Details oriented and had good analytical skill.

Job Description

  1. Review MEP drawing, plans, timeline, specifications, and other relevant documents to understand project requirements and scope.
  2. Manage coordination between contractor and consultant to ensure the construction process is according with specification and timeline.
  3. Monitor usage of the material, installation procedures, and test procedures.
  4. Monitor project progress by tracking activities, comparing with time schedule, compiling all reports, and making submissions report.
  5. Conduct site visits and assessments to assess project conditions and potential challenges.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements during the estimation process.
  7. Ensure safety implementation in the site and responsible on the safety training, safety briefing, and safety implementation.
  8. Ensuring all documents are stored in safe locations and in good working order.
