Boga Group is looking for a passionate and strategic leader to oversee our Chinese Brand operations (Non Halal). The role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, driving sales and profitability, and leading innovation while managing large teams across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end operational processes across all outlets under the Chinese Brand portfolio, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and excellence.
  • Set sales goals, direct marketing promotions, and ensure effective execution to achieve brand targets.
  • Manage full financial responsibility including income, expenses, accounts receivable, profit & loss, and ensure costs remain within company standards.
  • Direct, lead, and evaluate annual marketing & CSR event plans, review monthly performance, and drive continuous improvement for successful outcomes.
  • Oversee product development and innovation for new or revitalized menu items, including experimentation, costing, pricing approval, and product launch.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements across all outlets.
  • Provide strategic leadership in developing operational strategies aligned with company goals to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage and develop large teams, foster strong leadership pipelines, and build a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional divisions (Brand, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D) to ensure operational alignment.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the QSR industry or extensive F&B background, with strong expertise in Chinese restaurant operations.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing Chinese restaurant outlets.
  • Strong leadership with ability to manage and develop large teams.
  • Excellent business and financial acumen to drive operational growth.
  • Passionate about Chinese cuisine and committed to delivering excellence.
