Job Description

  1. Really advance in managing Operational for Engineering and Building Project

  2. Advance skill to manage Big Number of People and how to Manage Operational.

  3. Manage Cost Efficiency

  4. Manage Strategic Partner.

  5. Can build effective Organization and how to Move that organization with agile mindset

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business and Civil.

  2. Have experience in managing project

  3. Strong leadership with a people-first mindset and a focus on collaboration

  4. Comfortable working with data and using it to make informed decisions

  5. Able to maintain Organization with agility mindset

  6. Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and external partners

  7. Good in Managing people and manage them to achieve their goals

  8. Willing to work nation wide all over Indonesia
