Job Description

  • Fully Responsible Of The Overall Operation And Financial Performance Of The Company's Plantations Located In East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, South Sumatera
  • Oversee The Daily Operation Of The Estate
  • Ensure Infrastructure And Supporting Units Are Well Equipped
  • Be Actively Involved In The Ground Operations By Working Closely With Area Managers To Facilitate Cost Effective Operation
  • Strategize Company's Expansion Plan
  • Provide Agricultural Recommendations To Increase The Overall Yield Of The Estates And To Develop Best Practices
  • Ensure All Plantations Are Within The Framework Of Environment Policies And Responsibilities
  • Ensure All Work Operations In Safe And Responsible Manner

Requirement

  • Proven working Experience of at least 5 years in managing any type of plantations
  • Degree in Agriculture/Forestry/Science & Technology or any related field
  • Strong experience in managing multiple plantations
  • Interpersonal, Strong Leadership, Problem-Solving and Time Management Skills
  • Deep understanding of Agronomic Knowledge and Farming Practices
