Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial (2 Managers & 6 members) team to achieve business targets
  • Build a strategic industry map and identify new opportunities within the food industry.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key customers and principals.
  • Conduct sales forecasting, Monitor team performance, sales achievements, and market dynamics.
  • Provide regular business updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10
    years of experience
    in sales, marketing, or business development within
    the food ingredients or chemical trading industry
    .
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a commercial team.
  • Strong people management skills
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
