Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Mandarin Assistant located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Mandarin Assistant will support communication processes, including translating and interpreting Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia. Responsibilities include assisting in managing client relationships, coordinating with teams, and supporting day-to-day administrative duties to bridge communication gaps and ensure smooth workflow. The role also involves preparing reports and providing language and cultural insights as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-cultural communication.
  • Experience in administrative tasks, including report preparation and document organization.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple teams effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in logistics or related industries is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies used in professional settings.
