Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Officer located in South Jakarta. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, crafting and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and driving engagement strategies. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams to develop effective marketing strategies, ensuring brand alignment across various platforms, and seeking innovative approaches to reach target audiences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Research and understanding market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategies
  • Experience in Marketing and Sales, with a strong ability to develop and implement campaigns that support business goals
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate with teams and present ideas in a professional manner
  • Knowledge and expertise in Social Media Marketing, with a focus on audience engagement and platform-specific best practices
  • Experience in creating and managing content tailored for a target demographic, especially Gen Z and Millennials
  • Innovative thinking and adaptability to create impactful marketing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the education or trading industry is a plus
