About the Job

Marketing Officer is responsible to implement and develop marketing strategies by creating branding strategies, preparing promotional presentations material, developing and monitoring social media, assisting any marketing events, gathering market size, market price information, trend analysis, consumer insight and competitors' analysis, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for brand launch initiatives by contributing to strategic planning, campaign execution, loyalty programs, and market rollout activities.
  • Planning promotional events and activations to engage target audiences and enhance brand experience.
  • Building marketing campaigns across digital, social, and retail platforms to build brand awareness and drive consumer interest.
  • Coordinating with commercial team and other stakeholders for social media campaign material.
  • Creating social media plan, content creation and promotion by following ADM approval guidelines.
  • Track and report on campaign & social media performance to provide consumer insights, trend analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Analyzing and reporting monthly competitors' activities.
  • Do other ad-hoc activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Economics and Business/Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in the marketing field
  • Willing to be hired as a contractor for 6 months/ 1 year
  • Have high passion with the marketing industry and its best practices
  • Have good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
  • Familiar with marketing computer software, e-commerce, and social media platform
  • Have excellence communication skill, written & spoken, both in English & Bahasa
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Program is a must
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and multitasking
