Job Descriptions :

  • Conduct monthly review by doing reconciliations for key accounts such as bank accounts, receivables/payables, and inventory, prepare balance adjustment statements, and follow up on discrepancies to ensure alignment between records and actual balances.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and internal management reports) accurately and on time, ensuring logical consistency and timely submission to supervisors for review.
  • Manage accounting for fixed assets and intangible assets, including initial recording, depreciation/amortization, inventory checks, and disposal-related entries.
  • Create monthly, quarterly and yearly Financial Reporting and Analysis.
  • Post accounting journals into the company's financial system (if needed)
  • Carry out reconciliation between divisions to ensure the recording of all company transactions.
  • Create a sub-ledger for each account in the financial report.
  • Collaborate with the Finance division to ensure updates on all transactions for the completeness of company documents.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and internal management reports) accurately and on time, ensuring logical consistency and timely submission to supervisors for review.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position (Finance & Accounting).
  • Has a Brevet A&B certificate will be preferred
  • Proficient in Accurate Accounting Software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and taxation principles.
  • Have strong competency in sub-ledger reconciliations
  • High attention to detail, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
