Join our team to dive into the core operations that keep a modern business running This internship offers a practical foundation in IT system management, helpdesk support, and crucial IT asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

You won't just be watching; you'll be an integral part of our IT team, gaining valuable exposure to the day-to-day operations and management of our technology infrastructure.

  • IT System Oversight & Maintenance: Help the IT Team in the day-to-day operation of IT systems. You'll carry out regular tasks to ensure all systems are up-to-date and running efficiently, gaining insights into system health and performance.
  • Hardware & Software Deployment: Take charge of the full setup and configuration of new hardware and software for both individual users and the company. This is a fantastic chance to practice deployment best practices.
  • End-User Support & Troubleshooting: Develop your problem-solving skills by helping with troubleshooting for Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android devices. You'll also learn to handle hardware and basic network/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Strategic IT Asset Management (A Key Learning Area): Gain highly sought-after experience in IT Asset Management, covering the full lifecycle: a. Inventory & Discovery: Maintain a comprehensive and accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware (laptops, servers, printers) and software licenses. b. Tracking & Control: Implement asset tagging and tracking , ensuring all physical assets are properly tagged and their location, ownership, and status are tracked in a centralized database. c. Lifecycle Management: Ensure computers and devices are suitable for use and that devices & software are consistently updated.
Requirements:
  • A final year student or fresh graduate in Technology or related fields (has no class)
  • A Team player with great attitude and good communication skills
  • Proven experience in configuring, maintaining, updating and troubleshooting Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android Devices
  • Familiarity with Email, Microsoft 365/Office, VPN systems
  • Ability to perform hardware and basic network/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  • A strong willingness to learn more about managing IT infrastructure and asset management
Skills That Are a Bonus (Great for Future Growth)
  • Familiarity with an Active Directory system (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID).
  • Experience using an IT ticketing system.
  • Able to understand, write, and speak English in a professional setting
