Position Summary

Vanzbon Group is seeking a skilled 
Accounting & Tax Officer
 to join our Indonesia team based in Jakarta.

The role focuses on providing accurate bookkeeping, tax filing, and compliance support for a portfolio of local and international clients.

This position is suitable for professionals with practical accounting experience who are looking to further develop within an international corporate services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records for multiple client entities
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax filings (VAT, PPh 21/23/25, and Corporate Income Tax)
  • Ensure compliance with 
    Indonesian GAAP (PSAK)
     and local taxation regulations
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for document collection, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Support financial statement preparation, audit schedules, and compliance reviews
  • Assist in improving accounting and reporting workflows for client efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of data confidentiality and accuracy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 
    2 years of relevant professional experience
     in bookkeeping and tax reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as 
    Accurate, Jurnal, or similar tools
  • Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client deadlines with attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in 
    Bahasa Indonesia and English

  • Reliable in meeting deadlines and maintaining data accuracy
  • Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic international team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and cloud-based accounting platforms is an advantage
