Job description:

Tax Staff play a vital role in supporting tax compliance and reporting to Tax Authorities. They assist in various tax-related tasks under the guidance of the Tax Manager and contribute to the overall success of the tax department.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing tax administration activities (e.g create VAT Invoice, eBukpot)
  • Reporting withholding tax Art. 21, 23/26, and 4(2), VAT, and Corporate Income Tax Return to Tax Authorities
  • Deliver any e-Bukpot to vendors
  • Assist in responding to tax notices and inquiries from Tax Authorities.
  • Provide support during commercial or tax audit by gathering requested documents and information.

Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications:

  • S-1/D-3 Fiscal Administration/ Accounting / Economy from a reputable university.
  • At least 2 years experience in Accounting,Finance and Tax
  • Have USKP certificate or Brevet A/B/C course is a plus
  • Understand and able to handle reporting of VAT,PPh21,23/26, and 4(2) Monthly Tax Return & Corporate Income Tax Return
  • Computer literate
  • Required skill : Microsoft Office, Tax Application Software
  • Good Integrity
  • Able to communicate in English (Written & Oral)
  • Willing to be place at Head Office Jakarta
  • Available to start immedietly
