GT Sales Manager

Jason Entertainment Indonesia is the Indonesian branch of JASON TOYS, an IP-based collectible toy and merchandise brand founded in China. We are a distribution and promotion company specializing in character merchandise, trading cards, and collectible toys. To support our growing business, we are looking for a GT Sales Manager to lead sales execution, expand distribution coverage, and drive team performance across GT channels. This role will be based at SOHO Capital, West Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive General Trade sales performance in line with Company targets.
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate GT Sales team performance to ensure effective field execution.
- Set sales targets and KPIs, and monitor achievement on a regular basis.
- Ensure sales coverage, distribution expansion, and execution of sales programs in assigned areas.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor execution quality and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports with recommendations for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Marketing, Operations, and E-Commerce) to support smooth sales execution, payment follow-ups, and alignment of pricing, promotions, and market insights across channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Trade sales, preferably in FMCG or retail industry.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of GT sales operations, distribution channels, and field execution.
- Experienced in setting sales targets, monitoring KPIs, and evaluating team performance.
- Comfortable with field-based work and managing performance-driven targets.
- Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
