Job Description

  • Provide Leadership In Accounting Processes, Journals, Reporting, And Analysis To Ensure The Company's Financial Health And Compliance With Regulatory Requirements.
  • Lead, Mentor, And Develop A Team Of Skilled Accounting Professionals, Fostering A Collaborative And Results-oriented Work Environment.
  • Prepare And Review Financial Statements, Budgets, Forecasts, And Variance Analyses To Support Business Decision-making.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA or CPA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in accounting with a minimum of 5 years; Ex-Big4 Accounting Firm preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, IFRS17, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environmen
