We seek a talented Digital Marketing Optimizer Manager to join our passionate team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing our digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and brand awareness. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

  • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of our digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop and implement data-driven optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for new strategies or tools.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide insightful recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to drive their professional development.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of optimizing campaigns and driving measurable results
  • Expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience in managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals
  • Familiarity with the marketing and communications landscape in Indonesia
