Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile
Digital Marketing & Web Development Specialist
to manage and optimize our campaign, not limited to digital advertising & website development. This role requires a unique blend of technical web development skills and digital marketing expertise to drive campaign growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize websites, ensuring functionality, user experience, and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement website updates and new features.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization strategies on the website and landing pages.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to website and ads performance.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (SEM & GDN) as priority, Meta Ads, and others.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and generate reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and web development trends and technologies.
  • Support SEO activities including on-page optimization and site structure improvements.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, preferably in a digital agency
  • Proven experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platform, priorities of Google Ads Manager / Google AdWords setup, configuration, and optimization.
  • Experience with programming languages or frameworks (e.g., PHP, Python, React) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Familiar with short URL tools and UTM parameters for campaign tracking.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising, retargeting, attribution models, and audience tracking.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) or similar tag management systems.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects independently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
