About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our team at PT Easton Urban Kapital'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects in our subsidiaries infrastructure. Your strong leadership and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of these projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
  • Monitoring progress and identifying any potential issues or delays, and implementing effective solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Communicating regularly with project managers, clients and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
  • Developing and implementing efficient work plans and schedules
  • Providing hands-on support and guidance to the construction team as needed
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance productivity and efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Project Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles and quality control procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating construction teams to achieve project goals
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications and technical drawings
  • Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations in the construction industry
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
