Brand Partnership and Showroom Experience Lead

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in creative strategy, brand collaborations, lifestyle marketing, and event activation, someone who can bridge creativity with business impact, and strengthen our showroom as a lifestyle destination in Bali.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Partnerships & Collaborations (Primary Focus)

∙ Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with premium lifestyle brands such as fitness studios (e.g., Wrong Gym), book publishers like Assouline, fashion brands, restaurants, cafés, wellness brands, and boutique hospitality groups.

∙ Develop collaboration concepts: co-branded events, pop-ups, creative shoots, curated displays, or product capsules.

∙ Build long-term relationships with brand partners, architects, designers, and lifestyle influencers.

2. Showroom Events & Activations

∙ Create and execute event concepts, showroom activations, talks, workshops, brand days, and designer gatherings.

∙ Bring in traffic through curated event programming, community engagement, and collaborations.

∙ Work closely with the showroom manager to align showroom flow, energy, and customer experience during events.

3. Hospitality Concept Development

∙ Propose and develop micro-hospitality concepts within the showroom (e.g., coffee bar, breakfast bar, healthy juice bar, or curated partner-operated counter).

∙ Support with scouting partners, aligning branding, and shaping the commercial and experiential angle.

4. Creative Direction for Showroom Experience

∙ Provide the creative vision for how the showroom looks, feels, and communicates.

∙ Oversee styling, layout suggestions, merchandising storylines, and seasonal themes.

∙ Elevate the space toward a luxury lifestyle environment, not just a retail showroom.

∙ Support Showroom Manager with inspirational direction, moodboards, and layout logic.

5. Cross-Department Creative Support

∙ Collaborate with marketing to develop showroom-driven content ideas for social media (reels, storytelling, behind-the-scenes, interviews, mood concepts).

∙ Elevate the brand's emotional appeal by strengthening storytelling across all touchpoints.

6. Showroom Traffic & Awareness Growth

∙ Develop initiatives that increase showroom footfall and brand visibility among architects, designers, lifestyle communities, and tourists.

∙ Create partnerships with local Bali businesses to drive cross-promotion.

Qualifications

∙ Strong experience in brand partnerships, creative direction, lifestyle marketing, events, or related roles.

∙ A portfolio or track record showing collaboration, experiential design, or brand campaigns.

∙ Excellent communication skills in English; confident presenting ideas and leading collaborations.

∙ Strong creative taste aligned with luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, and design.

∙ Ability to work cross-functionally with showroom and marketing.

∙ A strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
