About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Sales Promoter to join our team at PT Hookah Place Partnership in Badung, Bali. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for promoting our restaurant offerings to potential customers, ensuring maximum sales and enhancing the overall customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  2. Promote our restaurant's menu, specials, and features to drive sales
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, pricing, and policies
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  6. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
  7. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the restaurant

  1. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide knowledgeable recommendations
  4. Passion for the food and beverage industry and a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  5. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
  6. Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
