  • Build positive engagement with followers and potential students through interactive digital activities.
  • Create and upload branding, promotional, and campaign content following brand guidelines.
  • Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for content improvement.
  • Handle enquiries from the website and official WhatsApp quickly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service to ensure leads are managed effectively.

  • Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, engagement, and digital leads.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related fields.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably with experience in managing social media or digital engagement projects.
  • 1–2 years of experience in managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, or online communities, with familiarity in analytics tools.
  • Experience in customer engagement, digital response handling, or managing website/WhatsApp enquiries is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and trend tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in digital interaction and content engagement.
