- Berkoordinasi dengan manajemen gedung terkait perizinan, lembur, layanan fasilitas, pengaduan, serta aktivitas perbaikan dan pemeliharaan.
- Menjaga komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan program maintenance internal (anak perusahaan dan divisi terkait).
- Menelusuri, mencatat, dan memproses data perbaikan serta pemeliharaan (Corrective & Preventive Maintenance).
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi dan verifikasi dokumen BAPP dan BAST.
- Mengelola proses pengajuan biaya perbaikan dan pemeliharaan di seluruh area operasional Indonesia.
- Mengelola operasional pemeliharaan AC (PPM AC) kantor wilayah.
- Mengelola dan memantau ketersediaan suku cadang peralatan kantor pusat.
- Menyusun laporan dan database maintenance secara rapi, akurat, dan terupdate.
-Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Teknik, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait)
-Memiliki pengalaman di General Affairs / Facility Management / Maintenance Support menjadi nilai tambah.
-Memahami konsep Corrective & Preventive Maintenance.
-Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan problem solving yang baik.
-Terbiasa mengelola dokumen teknis dan administratif (BAPP, BAST, invoice, laporan).
-Mampu berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi dengan baik (internal maupun eksternal).
-Menguasai Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms).
-Teliti, terorganisir, dan mampu mengelola banyak tugas secara bersamaan.
