Responsibilities :

·       Ensure every customer and user request or complaint is addressed responsively to deliver a positive service experience

·       Evaluate operational requirements and infrastructure maintenance needs for HQ and network to ensure effective support in line with applicable standards and procedures

·       Coordinate with relevant departments and divisions at HQ and network offices regarding the delivery of operational support services

·       Collaborate with vendors and Procurement to ensure operational services are delivered seamlessly, both for ongoing partnerships and bidding processes.

Qualifications:

·       Min. Bachelor Degree preferable civil engineering

·       Strong understanding of facility management standards and best practices

·       Minimum of 10 years' experience in Facilities Management with 5 years' as supervisor level

·       Communicative, assertive, and solution-oriented in handling operational issues

·       Skilled in preparing reports on budget usage, facility conditions, and project progress.
