About the role

Bosideng is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our manufacturing and logistics operations. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality control processes to meet or exceed industry regulations and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Quality Management & Team Coordination: Build, manage, and train the quality control team, defining role responsibilities and performance metrics.
  2. Quality System Development & Auditing: Establish and refine the company's Quality Management System (QMS), driving 100% implementation of 6S management and LEAN quality systems.
  3. Quality Training & Standard Communication: Interpret brand clients' quality standards and ensure the team's accurate understanding and 100% execution.

What we're looking for

  1. Experience in OEM/ODM client management on the supplier side, with quality control expertise at external partner factories. Proven ability to successfully implement client standards at factories (English or Indonesian language skills are a plus).
  2. Demonstrated capacity for innovative adaptation, leading and driving team innovation to deliver tangible value outcomes.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably within the garment manufacturing.
  4. Proven ability to analyse data, interpret findings and implement effective quality improvement initiatives.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
