Job Title: Corporate Finance – Senior Position (Advisory)

About the Company:
We are partnering with a global professional services firm renowned for its advisory capabilities across corporate finance, deal strategy, and transaction services. With a strong presence in Indonesia, the firm supports both corporate and private equity clients in executing complex mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and capital structuring initiatives.
Role Overview:
This senior-level position is part of the Corporate Finance (Deals Advisory) practice, focusing on M&A transaction advisory—spanning pre-deal structuring, synergy modeling, valuation, and post-deal integration. The role does not cover deal execution but plays a vital role in strategic advisory and planning. You will lead engagements, coach junior teams, and collaborate closely with internal functions such as due diligence, valuations, and post-merger integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on M&A transactions with a focus on pre-deal analysis, financial structuring, and synergy realization
- Deliver tailored valuations, financial models, and capital structure recommendations
- Support post-deal planning, including integration design and performance tracking
- Act as a key advisor to corporate and private equity clients
- Mentor junior consultants and analysts across deal teams
- Coordinate closely with valuation, strategy, and due diligence counterparts
Expected Outcomes:
- High-quality advisory outputs leading to optimized deal structures
- Strong and trusted relationships with both corporate and PE clients
- Effective post-merger strategies with measurable synergy tracking
- A capable and high-performing corporate finance team
Skills and Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- 9–12 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory, or investment-related roles
- Strong background in Big 4 firms, investment banking, private equity, or securities companies
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
