Sebagai Manager Restaurant, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola operasi harian sebuah restoran yang dinamis dan memastikan pengalaman pelanggan yang luar biasa. Posisi ini adalah peluang yang strategis untuk memimpin tim dan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan dan kesuksesan restoran.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Mengawasi dan mengelola semua aspek operasional restoran, termasuk penjualan, layanan pelanggan, persediaan, dan penganggaran.
  • Memimpin dan membina tim karyawan restoran, memastikan pelatihan yang efektif, umpan balik, dan pengembangan keterampilan.
  • Mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran dan promosi untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya tarik restoran.
  • Menganalisis data penjualan dan tren untuk membuat keputusan operasional yang terinformasi dengan baik.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim lain, seperti keuangan dan pengadaan, untuk mengoptimalkan efisiensi dan profitabilitas.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap semua peraturan, kebijakan, dan standar industri yang berlaku.

Persyaratan :

  • Memiliki pengalaman di resto (Lebih diutamakan berpengalaman sebagai Manager resto)
  • Penampilan rapi dan berjiwa leadership
  • Ramah dan responsif pada customer
  • Good comunication skill
  • Bisa bahasa Mandarin lebih diutamakan
