Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surabaya for a Marketing Manager (F&B). The Marketing Manager will develop and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive growth. Key responsibilities include creating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing social media platforms, overseeing brand promotions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role involves monitoring competitor activities, increasing customer engagement, and ensuring the alignment of marketing goals with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in marketing strategies, branding, and campaign management
  • Proficient in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and trend analysis
  • Project management, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
