Tanggung Jawab :

  • Mengelola anggaran, realisasi biaya, dan administrasi pembayaran.
  • Menangani administrasi permintaan & pengadaan (Material Request Form, Purchase Request, dan Capital Expenditure).
  • Melakukan rekap dan kontrol aset serta fasilitas kantor, termasuk perbaikan minor dan operasional genset.
  • Mengelola administrasi kendaraan perusahaan (pajak, KIR, perizinan, service, dan data kendaraan).
  • Mengoordinasikan kebutuhan security & administrasi cuti personil
  • Menyusun laporan bulanan serta koordinasi data untuk Badan Pusat Statistik dan Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal (LKPM) secara berkala (per semester)

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal D3, diutamakan jurusan Manajemen/Administrasi atau bidang relevan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja dalam fungsi General Services / General Affair minimum 3 tahun
  • Memahami proses administrasi, pengelolaan aset, dan operasional kendaraan.
  • Mampu berkoordinasi dengan berbagai internal unit dan pihak eksternal (supplier, bengkel, instansi pemerintah).
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, teliti, serta orientasi pada ketelitian dan ketepatan waktu.
  • Mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim dan siap menangani berbagai tugas operasional harian.
