As a Parking Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of parking operations within our shopping mall, contributing to the enhancement of customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in parking management or operations, with a track record of implementing successful strategies.
  • Present a strong background in customer service and conflict resolution, showcasing your ability to handle diverse situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Exhibit expert knowledge of parking management systems, equipment, and relevant regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws and safety standards.
  • Showcase strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making to optimize parking utilization and revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of overseeing parking operations within the shopping mall, from strategic planning to day-to-day management, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to established standards.
  • Adapt parking strategies to meet evolving customer needs and shopping trends, implementing innovative solutions to enhance the overall parking experience.
  • Manage, supervise, and train parking attendants and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to established protocols and customer service standards.
  • Utilize expertise in parking management software and technology to optimize space utilization, monitor occupancy rates, and implement efficient traffic flow patterns.
  • Collaborate with mall management and security teams to address parking-related issues promptly and effectively, fostering a safe and welcoming environment for shoppers.
