Creative Content Strategist

Location: Remote (Indonesia)

We're growing a next-gen virtual influencer, think of a digital personality with real stories and real engagement. We're looking for a creative strategist who knows how to scale engagement, sharpen content direction, and grow followers consistently.

If you're an independent individual with creativity and love crafting online personas, brainstorming content that feels human, keeping up with social trends before they go mainstream, and are result-driven to grow the persona's presence across social media, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan and execute content strategies focused on organic follower growth and engagement.
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars and campaign ideas focused on follower growth and engagement.
  • Write scripts, captions, and scene concepts for short-form videos (Reels/TikTok).
  • Collaborate with our design and AI animation team to produce content.
  • Research and jump on relevant social trends, challenges, and brand collab opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze engagement data to refine content direction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media growth and digital marketing, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Experience in directing short films, micro-films, ads, or creative video projects (small or indie projects are totally fine).
  • Able to do hands-on video editing for short content (CapCut or similar tools).
  • Proven experience growing accounts organically, not just maintaining them.
  • Experience managing influencer, lifestyle, or personality-driven accounts.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, you can write as a character.
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable owning creative decisions.
  • Highly result-oriented: growth, engagement, and retention matter.
  • Up-to-date with meme culture, social trends, and AI-assisted content workflows.
  • Familiarity with performance analysis and experimentation (testing hooks, formats, pacing).

Big Plus

  • Experience as a creator or micro-influencer yourself.
  • Good understanding of social media concepts for B2B and B2C
