Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Creative Team Lead (Associate & Manager Level welcomed) to join our team on-site in Yogyakarta. The Creative Team Lead will guide the vision and execution of creative projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity. Daily tasks include providing creative direction, managing projects, leading a team of creative professionals, and fostering collaboration across departments. The role involves overseeing branding strategies and art direction to deliver impactful campaigns that meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Creative Direction and Art Direction to conceptualize compelling and innovative visual campaigns.
  • Proven experience in Team Leadership and collaboration to guide and inspire a team of creative professionals.
  • Solid understanding of Project Management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work within budget constraints.
  • Proficiency in Branding to develop cohesive identities and consistent messaging for various projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
