Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site QA Officer role based in Surabaya. The QA Officer will ensure compliance with BPOM regulations, oversee quality assurance and control processes, and perform quality audits. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, conducting detailed inspections, analyzing production processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product safety and quality. The QA Officer will also lead efforts in identifying opportunities for improvement in quality management systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, and Quality Auditing methods and practices
  • Proficiency in Quality Control processes and standards
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to identify and resolve quality-related issues
  • Knowledge of BPOM regulations and compliance requirements
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Prior experience in QA/QC roles within the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field
