Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Accounts Payable and Other payables

  1. Receive invoice, tax invoice and supporting documents from Vendors. If the invoice dated after 20 of current month, it'll be returned to the vendor to be submitted in subsequent month having subsequent month date,
  2. Verification of invoice as per SOP Payables and Payments (as enclosed).
  3. Confirmation to User and obtain approval from Head of User and related Director:
  4. Operation: Head of Operation or Head of Facility and Operation Director.
  5. Project: Local Project Team and Senior Vice President – Design & Construction.
  6. HR/GA: HR Operation Manager and Head of HR.
  7. Finance: Finance & Accounting Manager and Financial Controller.
  8. Prepare the payment voucher, input the transaction in SAP and print the journal to be enclosed in supporting documents of invoice.
  9. Submit the payment voucher enclosing invoices and supporting documents to Assistant Manager Finance & Accounting, Finance & Accounting Manager and Financial Controller to be reviewed
    maximum 2 days upon invoice received
    .
  10. Upon completion of the review
    , maximum 5 days upon invoice received
    , submit the payment voucher to Finance Executive – Treasury to be updated in Daily Cash Flow and scheduled for payment.

B. Fixed Assets

Perform MIGO on invoice which have been verified by Assistant Manager Finance & Accounting.

C. Financial Statements Closing

Related parties

By end third week of current month
, send Statement of Accounts to any related parties and obtain their confirmation by early last week
of month-end
.

Qualification and Experience:

a. Possess Bachelor's degree in accounting;

b. Possess strong knowledge of Indonesia Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);

c. Strong knowledge and experience in managing General Ledger and closing financial statements, including as well Payables and fixed assets.

d. Possess strong proficiency in Excel.

e. Strong communication and analytical skills.

f. Strong ability to work individually or in a team.

g. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines.

h. Strong ability to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same time.

i. Having experiences in working with SAP
is Must Have

g. 5 years working experience minimum in the related field.
