OTO by CarDekho (automotive financing service marketplace) is a part of CarDekho SEA (India's biggest digital automotive solutions provider). OTO by CarDekho SEA operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, refinancing, dealer inventory funding, multi-financing, and auto insurance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable for entities and dealers, including invoice verification, expense coding, and timely payments.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation of all payable transactions.
- Process employee expense reimbursements in line with internal policies.
- Build and maintain effective vendor relationships; handle inquiries and discrepancies professionally.
- Track and maintain vendor agreements and documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements in the accounts payable and banking areas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; support audit processes.
- Prepare and analyze AP and banking reports for management review.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounts payable functions.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial procedures, and internal controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (Oracle).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage high-volume transactions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving skills.
