Dalam peran ini, Anda akan memainkan peran kunci dalam mengembangkan dan menjalankan strategi e-commerce dan pemasaran yang inovatif untuk mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis secara signifikan. Kandidat yang ideal akan memiliki pemahaman yang dalam tentang tren industri, kemampuan analitis yang tajam, dan kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat untuk menginspirasi tim dan mencapai tujuan kami.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Merancang dan menerapkan strategi e-commerce yang komprehensif untuk meningkatkan penjualan, pengunjung, dan keterlibatan pelanggan di platform e-commerce kami.
  • Memimpin tim pemasaran digital yang dinamis, mengelola dan mengoptimalkan kampanye iklan di berbagai saluran, termasuk mesin pencari, media sosial, dan saluran lainnya.
  • Menganalisis data dan metrik penjualan, pemasaran, dan perilaku pengguna untuk membuat keputusan yang diinformasikan dan meningkatkan efektivitas inisiatif e-commerce dan pemasaran.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim lain, termasuk Logistik, Pengembangan Produk, dan Pelayanan Pelanggan, untuk memastikan pengalaman pelanggan yang optimal di seluruh perjalanan belanja.
  • Memimpin inisiatif inovasi dan pengembangan produk baru untuk memperluas portofolio kami dan memenuhi kebutuhan pasar yang terus berubah.
  • Mewakili perusahaan di acara industri, konferensi, dan forum terkait untuk membangun hubungan dan meningkatkan profil merek.

Keterampilan dan Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan

  • Gelar sarjana atau setara dalam Pemasaran, E-Commerce, Manajemen Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
  • Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman dalam peran kepemimpinan e-commerce dan pemasaran digital di industri ritel atau e-commerce.
  • Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang tren, praktik terbaik, dan alat e-commerce dan pemasaran digital terkini.
  • Kemampuan analitis yang kuat untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan menafsirkan data untuk membuat keputusan yang diinformasikan.
  • Keterampilan kepemimpinan dan manajemen yang terbukti untuk membangun, memotivasi, dan memberdayakan tim.
  • Kemampuan berkomunikasi yang efektif, baik secara lisan maupun tertulis, untuk menyampaikan visi dan strategi dengan jelas.
  • Kreativitas dan kemampuan berinovasi untuk mengembangkan solusi dan kampanye pemasaran yang menarik.
