We are a growing wood manufacturing company with a strong export orientation. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and coordination skills to ensure smooth and efficient product distribution and sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate product distribution processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Oversee sales and shipment activities to support company targets.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and marketing teams to maintain a smooth supply chain flow.
  • Analyze and evaluate distribution performance for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and logistics partners.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a management-level role, preferably in furniture manufacturing, export, or forwarding/logistics.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications related to distribution, sales, and data analysis.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Age between 28–34 years old.
  • Analytical, proactive, and able to work under target-oriented environments.
