About the role

Join PT. Space Dragon Bali as a Customer Relation Management (Lead Qualifier) and be part of our dynamic team in Kuta Utara, Bali. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and qualifying leads to support the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  2. Qualify and assess potential leads to identify high-quality opportunities
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and support to build long-lasting relationships
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer relationship strategies
  6. Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and lead status
  7. Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in customer relation management or a similar customer-facing role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Familiarity with lead qualification and customer relationship management best practices
  5. Proficient in using relevant software and CRM tools
  6. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. A team player with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
