About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Butler to join our team at PT. Impian Property Management in Uluwatu, Bali. As a Butler, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and personalized service to our valued guests. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment within the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Guest Experience – Welcome guests, explain villa facilities, handle guest requests/complaints, and ensure the best possible stay experience.
  • Housekeeping & Cleaning – Perform daily cleaning, turn-down service, maintain overall villa cleanliness, and ensure linen and amenities are fully stocked.
  • Work Schedule Management – Arrange and manage work schedules for Housekeeping, Pool Attendant, and Garden staff, including briefing, supervision, and quality checks.
  • Basic Maintenance – Conduct routine checks on villa facilities (AC, electricity, water) and handle minor repairs; report major issues to engineering.
  • Check-In/Out & Reporting – Handle guest check-in/out processes, conduct inventory checks, prepare daily operational reports, and coordinate with related departments.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar high-end hospitality role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
