Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest relations team, providing guidance, support and mentoring
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve any issues that arise
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies to continuously improve the guest experience
  • Assist with managing staff schedules and workflows to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
  • Maintain detailed records and generate reports on guest interactions and hotel operations

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years' experience in a guest relations or front office supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficient in handling guest complaints and concerns with diplomacy and tact
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • Proficient in using hotel management and reservation systems
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia
