About the role

ISMAYA GROUP is seeking an experienced Guest Relations Officer to join our team. As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, ensuring they receive a warm and personalised experience
  • Handling guest enquiries, requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting with reservations, bookings and table management
  • Maintaining detailed records of guest interactions and preferences
  • Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to deliver seamless service
  • Promoting ISMAYA GROUP's venues and services to encourage repeat business
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and health and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years+ experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle guest queries effectively
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and point-of-sale technology
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
