Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic E-commerce Manager to join our team in Tangerang. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing and managing the company's online sales channels and digital presence.

The E-commerce Manager will play a key role in developing and executing e-commerce strategies, optimizing product listings and website content, analyzing sales performance, and coordinating with internal teams to drive online growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and passionate about digital retail innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.

Manage and optimize online product listings, pricing, and content to ensure accuracy and appeal.

Monitor and analyze sales data, website analytics, and customer insights to improve performance and achieve targets.

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure an exceptional online shopping experience.

Coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and partnerships to strengthen brand visibility and sales performance.

Oversee daily e-commerce operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

Strong expertise in E-commerce operations and sales management.

Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking using relevant tools and metrics.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration across departments.

Experience in marketing strategy and campaign development.

Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Tiktok shop x Tokopedia, Shopee, Google Analytics).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Previous experience in an e-commerce or online retail role is a strong plus.
