About the role

As the Manager Warehouse for Inventory Control e-Commerce at PT Kamadjaja Logistics', you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient management and control of inventory within the company's e-commerce operations. This full-time position is based in Tangerang, Banten, and will involve leading a team to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse and distribution processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective inventory management strategies to optimise stock levels, reduce waste, and improve warehouse productivity
  2. Supervising and coordinating the warehouse team to ensure all operational activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching, are executed efficiently
  3. Analysing inventory data and generating reports to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and support strategic decision-making
  4. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse environment
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as procurement and sales, to align inventory levels with customer demand
  6. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations
  7. Providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for the warehouse team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the e-commerce or logistics industry
  2. Strong understanding of inventory control principles, including demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and cycle counting
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically
  4. Proficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis tools
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
  6. Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehouse industry
  7. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
