We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales Specialist to drive sales growth, manage our online storefront, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Platform management: Own the day-to-day management and optimization of our e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, tiktok, etc) and online marketplaces to ensure product accuracy and an excellent user experience.
  • Product listings: Create, manage, and optimize all product listings, including writing engaging product descriptions, managing imagery, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory.
  • Digital marketing: Support digital marketing efforts to drive traffic and increase sales, including collaborating on social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Sales analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, traffic, and sales data. Provide data-driven insights to inform future sales strategies.
  • Customer experience: Ensure a seamless and positive online shopping experience by handling customer inquiries, managing feedback, and coordinating with logistics for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Market research: Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, fashion trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, shopee and any other sales platform
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
