We are a fashion brand located in Bali but reach globally.

We are looking for a Production Control Assistant to support daily production activities — from tracking orders to coordinating with factories and ensuring product quality. This role is crucial for keeping our production flow smooth, accurate, and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and updating production tracking sheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
  • Coordinate with internal teams, tailors, and suppliers regarding production schedules and material readiness.
  • Prepare and follow up on purchase orders (POs) and sample requests.
  • Support QC documentation, barcode label printing, and stock recording.
  • Monitor production progress and report delays or issues proactively.
  • Help maintain data accuracy across all production records.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to the production department

Requirements

  • Male or female, preferably age 22–30.
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, any field (Fashion, Industrial Engineering, or related is a plus).
  • Experience in garment or leather production preferred.
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel (data input, formulas, dashboards).
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
  • Able to work under deadlines and in a small team environment.
  • Willing to work onsite at our Canggu studio.
