About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant Surveyor to support our project team in executing precise surveying work across our hospitality and property development projects — including villa, hotel, and resort constructions.

You will work closely with our Surveyor and Project Managers to ensure accurate site measurements, leveling, and layout implementation based on project drawings and specifications.

• Assist the Surveyor in conducting site measurements, leveling, and boundary checks.
• Operate and maintain surveying instruments.
• Record, analyze, and interpret survey data to ensure construction accuracy and compliance with drawings.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Architects, and Contractors to verify design layouts and elevation points.
• Prepare daily or weekly measurement reports and support project documentation.
• Ensure surveying activities meet quality, safety, and project timeline requirements.
• Support material quantity verification and site inspections when required.
• Assist in establishing control points and maintaining survey logs throughout the construction phase.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Geodesy, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in surveying, preferably in hotel, villa, or resort projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and surveying software.
• Skilled in handling Total Station, Theodolite, and Leveling Instruments.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, elevations, and topographic mapping.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Familiar with construction site safety protocols.
• Willing to be based on-site and travel to multiple project locations when require
